I am so happy to come to the Nicholas Center 5 days a week. I have a cousin named Raquel that come to the Nicholas Center on Mondays, Wednesdays Thursday. When I started coming to the Nicholas Center I came on Wednesday’s through my school called the Mill Neck Manor school for the deaf. My first year I started was 2022-2023 and then year 2023-2024 I really love The Nicholas Center the people are nice to me. I like that I can work at The Nicholas Center and the hours are Monday-Friday 10am-3pm. I like everything that they have for us to work on. I love that my Raquel picks me up on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursdays to get me to the Nicholas Center with her Dad. Raquel and I live in Glen Cove, NY. I like that I can help with the chocolate lab, and I love the chocolate lab a lot because it’s really fun to do. I am really happy that my Mom found the Nicholas Center for me to work. I started coming 5 days on July 1^st. I like helping with the dishes by washing them and putting away all the plain dishes and the Nicholas Center always helps me.  I am a really hard worker, and The Nicholas Center is really happy that I don’t give up on my work! The staff at the Nicholas Center loves that I come to the Nicholas Center and I’m always ready to work. On Wednesday I come to my group and learn new things! I’m really happy I come five days a week and work and new things with my friends.
